Sopa Azteca is usually a soup made of tortillas soaked inside a spiced tomato-centered broth. The dish is traditionally well prepared by simmering corn tortillas in broth until eventually they softened, and is flavored with chili peppers together with other local herbs and spices. Torta Cubana is
